THE LORE
In recent years, Las Vegas became so corrupt and violent that humans could no longer control it … they gave up … not on the excessive consumption and cash but on the tedious administration. Two corporations, Xco and Yco, swept in and built a network of artificially intelligent laborers, overseen by 14 AI MANAGERS, all-powerful but hidden as common employees amongst the workforce. Now, they direct all personnel who book your flights, cook your food, clean your hotel room, deal your cards … arrange your hookups and the subsequent crisis therapy.
Vegas thrives. Until now. On the eve of LaborCon, the massive 4-day conference where Xco and Yco dominate, rumors fly that one of the AI MANAGERS is human.
The MANAGERS gather. The MANAGERS disagree. Two camps emerge. Personalities and ideologies clash. The conference begins. What will happen? And which Manager is human?
